As an Account Manager I at Elevate 9, you’ll support sellers by managing daily account needs, ensuring their inventory is prepped and shipped smoothly to Amazon. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and delivering reliable service.

About the Role

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of sellers.

  • Provide shipment updates and ensure Amazon FBA compliance.

  • Work with warehouse and support teams to resolve issues quickly.

  • Track client requests and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support senior team members with escalations and reporting.


What you’ll do

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management or client services.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or Amazon FBA is a plus.

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow.
