Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

Services and License

Elevate 9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes related to Amazon FBA prep and logistics. You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our materials or platform features without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service. You may not misuse or resell our content, templates, or materials without authorization.

Payments and Refunds

All fees for services must be paid in full before inventory release or access to the Service. Certain fees may be billed on a recurring basis depending on your service plan. Refunds are not available once inventory has been processed. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery to Amazon. Refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of proven service error.

Intellectual Property

All content on Elevate 9, including logos, designs, documentation, and platform features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not claim ownership of Elevate 9 content or use our trademarks without permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elevate 9, its employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service directly related to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
